What you should know about becoming a Hot Spot Tanning Consultant:

  • Your primary job concern is for the safety and well-being of our clients. This means that cleaning is one of your highest priorities.  Duties
    include: Sanitizing tanning units, sweeping, mopping, laundry, dusting, cleaning restroom, and more.

  • Customer service skills are a must.  You must be able to talk to people knowledgeably. While we do not expect you to know about tanning
    and products prior to employment, you must be interested in them and willing to learn.  We have high expectations for our employees, and
    will expect you to learn and be able to inform others.

  • Every salon is not the same, and we expect a lot from our employees.  There is a lot that you have to learn and there is a lot that you have
    to do, it is not easy.  While we expect a lot, we try to give a lot too.  With opportunities for certification in the industry, participate in lotion
    training, trade shows, and social events.

REMEMBER, this will be our first impression of you, make it a good one.
